We track bespoke and relevant programme outcomes, selected with each customer, to drive the results that matter most to the business.

Our standard impact evaluation methodology measures results through:

  • Performance uplift on a 5-point scale – as perceived by programme participants and their investors/stakeholders – on 15 components of leadership shown to correlate with achieving business outcomes, defined in partnership with Cranfield School of Management.
  • Participant ratings and feedback on their progress at set points throughout the programme.
  • Progress against business goals (on longer timescales and across our customer base, we analyse correlations in order to disaggregate the impact of leadership improvements).
