Performance uplift on a 5-point scale – as perceived by programme participants and their investors/stakeholders – on 15 components of leadership shown to correlate with achieving business outcomes, defined in partnership with Cranfield School of Management.
Participant ratings and feedback on their progress at set points throughout the programme.
Progress against business goals (on longer timescales and across our customer base, we analyse correlations in order to disaggregate the impact of leadership improvements).
