An immersive one-month cross-business leadership programme for C-Suite leaders

- Comprehensive leadership diagnostics to assess your learning style and the readiness of your business to scale, based on research into the 18 leadership components that are most important during the scale-up phase
- Full-day in-person workshop
- 30-minutes Deep Dive 1:1 coaching with your chosen Horizon37 ScaleUp Specialist
- Facilitated accountability group for effective implementation of learnings
- Online 90-minute group completion workshop to set up for sustained success beyond the programme
- Dedicated Community Manager for continuous support
