We are currently a Founder-led team of 15 (a mixture of employees and contractors), including leadership experts (delivering programmes), our sales and marketing team, and our back-office (who are called the “Dynamo Team”.)

Job mission

Coordinating the delivery of our Discover, Align, Transform programme for customers, including:

  • Programme Process Management
    • Drive the well-established processes of the programme
    • Ensure successful engagement for every participant in the programme, including the CEO, Exec team, Chair – and the customer’s Programme Administrator
    • Act as the key point of contact for communication with our customers
    • Look for opportunities to continually improve the customer experience
    • Stay on top of problems that crop up, and be proactive about communicating to the H37 team, who will help problem-solve with you
    • Work together with our Programme Administrator to deliver a seamless customer experience

  • Programme Delivery Support
    • Support the leadership expert with break-out sessions and small group exercises during workshops
    • Administrate diagnostic tools (e.g., Horizon37’s Leadership Launchpad and Hey360) which you will be trained in
    • Conduct individual 1:1 de-briefs based on insight from diagnostic tools (which you will be trained in)
    • Prepare delivery materials (usually in Google Slides) to support the leadership expert
    • Feedback ideas and insight to the Horizon37 Product Team and work with them to improve our products after each delivery.   

  • Analysis and Report Production
    • Synthesise all data gathered in the “Discover Phase” – from customer surveys, interviews, written documents, and leadership expert observations
    • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to draw insight relevant to the customer’s current leadership state and needs
    • Write concise reports for an executive audience with guidance from the Insight Lead (who will be one of the Horizon37 leadership experts allocated on each programme)
    • Create and present customer “Team Analyses” using data from our Hey360 diagnostic tool (which you will be trained how to do)

Candidate attributes

  1. Understanding and interest in both our sector (innovation/growth business ecosystem) and function (leadership) – NB qualifications and experience are less valuable than demonstrable interest
  2. Appetite for the fast-pace and constant variety of a scaling business
  3. A strong drive to grow, develop personally, and learn quickly
  4. Organised, with an ability to prioritise/de-prioritise effectively and manage own time
  5. Excellent customer service skills, with a “customer-first, results-focussed” mindset 
  6. Excellent listener, open and action-oriented when receiving feedback
  7. Clear, structured and concise written and verbal communication with senior executives, including charts and diagrams
  8. Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  9. Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis
  10. Appealing and likeable presenter to groups over video and in-person



  • Work flexibly, part-time four days (or fewer) per week – as a company, we don’t work on Fridays
  • Work remotely, from home (although travel to customers will be necessary)
