Horizon37 is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team of leadership experts and brilliant business people.

We are currently a Founder-led team of 15 (a mixture of employees and contractors), including leadership experts (delivering programmes), our BD and marketing team, and our back-office (the “Dynamo Team”).

Job mission

Design and deliver our Marketing campaigns and other initiatives, in order to increase brand awareness:

  1. Collaborate with Head of Partnerships to identify more effective branding ideas and develop innovative promotional materials for optimal customer engagement
  2. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan, under the direction of the Head of Partnerships
  3. Update and support design development of Horizon37 website
  4. Deliver outbound/inbound marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, event planning etc.)
  5. Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  6. Conduct competitor research and analyses
  7. Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

Candidate attributes

  1. Proven experience as Marketing specialist or similar role
  2. Knowledge of marketing strategy and traditional and digital media channels
  3. Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing)
  4. Proficiency in platform analytics, with excellent research and data analysis skills
  5. Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), WordPress and Canva
  6. Great verbal and written communication skills
  7. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  8. Attention to detail, leadership skills and ability to solve problems
  9. Commercial awareness and interest in our sector (innovation/growth business ecosystem)
  10. Appetite for the fast-pace and constant variety of a scaling business
  11. A strong drive to grow, develop personally, and learn quickly
  12. Excellent listener, open and action-oriented when receiving feedback


  • Ideal start July 2023
  • Work flexibly and remotely (from home), approximately 10-15 hours spread throughout the week
  • £12 per hour
  • 24 days’ annual leave per year (prorated depending on hours worked)

  • Six month probationary period
